The Melbourne Commercial team are currently seeking a motivated Sales professional to manage a portfolio of accounts.

You will need to present professionally, have passion & enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a touch of personality to secure this role. Great presentation and communication skills are essential, as well as a dedication to driving the Company forward while generating new business from the existing portfolio.

About You
To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers;
  • Strong organisation and planning skills;
  • Previous Customer Service/Sales experience;
  • Good people skills and an ability to communicate on all levels;
  • Proven track record of strong contract and rate negotiations;
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the Transport or Service industry;
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Demonstrated high level capacity in relationship management with diverse and challenging groups, including the ability to influence and communicate to achieve results;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a “flair” for creativity;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Current motor vehicle licence;
  • Experience and knowledge of the “Express Freight “ industry will be favourable.
