About the opportunity
We are currently seeking energetic and team orientated Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) for our expanding Sydney team.
Reporting to the Building Construction Products (BCP) Sales Manager, the role is to establish, qualify and maintain contact with small to medium building construction product customers to increase BCP machine sales and WesTrac solutions.
WE HAVE MOVED! Our Branch has just relocated to a brand new state of the art facility in Casula.
About you
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service position
- Ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers
- Experience using Microsoft CRM or other Sales/Records Management Systems
- Ability to cold call customers and hunt leads
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
- Computer literacy skills – MS Office
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workloads in a high pressure sales environment
- Well-developed analytical and decision making abilities
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
- Continuous improvement
Desirable:
- Earthmoving product knowledge
- Exposure to the Construction and/or Earthmoving industries
- Experience in an automotive dealership
