My client is a proud, privately-owned, 20 year-old Australian company with an increasing global presence sustaining and penetrating new industries gaining greater market share  providing sustainable solutions.

They provide business-focused solutions promoting sustainable products for a multitude of industries committed to protecting and promoting a socially-responsible global footprint.

As a result of a brand transformation strategy, the business is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Representative.

KEY ATTRIBUTES                                           

Knowledge/Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Competent working knowledge and usage of CRM software. Tall Emu or Sales Force preferably.
  • Current Forklift License (favourable. If not, no restrictions to obtaining a license).

Experience

  •  5+ years as initial, internal B2B sales coordinator identifying and converting sales leads into confirmed sales appointments. The role includes end-to-end customer service responsibility ensuring customer satisfaction with product and service through timely follow-up and escalation of problematic issues.
  • 3-5 years experience competently using a CRM capturing, maintaining, and accountable for data accuracy with proven experience creating and generating data specific reports.
  •  Sound knowledge of company product solution offerings, marketing strategies, and end-to-end business operations.
  • Experience utilising social media platforms to promote and increase brand presence targeting specific industries to increase and promote the business' online presence.
  • Proven experience liaising with; providing support to; and taking direction from multiple business leaders.

Skills

  •  Innate ability to identify, form, and maintain valued business relationships based on formed connections with key business decision-making contacts and captured detailed data recorded in CRM.
  • Ability to work autonomously in office as sole business representative.
  •  Capable and competent to make independent decisions to ensure positive customer experience.
  • Solutions-based, independent problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to seek clarification if uncertainty.
  • Ability to identify, resolve, or escalate potential customer issues based on customer feedback and analysis of captured and recorded data.
  • Ability to multi-task performing variety of tasks daily.
  • Organisation of couriers
  • Receipt of random product deliveries that require the usage of a forklift. Preference but not essential. (Successful candidate must be willing and able to obtain a license at company expense).
