Description
The role of a recruitment consultant is extremely varied and busy. Duties include, but are not limited too:
- Interviewing candidates on behalf of our clients
- Business development and selling recruitment solutions
- Building and establishing long term relationships with both businesses and job seekers
- Advising job seekers on resume writing and interview techniques
- Providing the best recruitment solution tailored to each business
- Calling job seekers and supporting them in their job search
- Writing advertisements and attracting the best talent for a range of organisations
- Arranging client visits and running meetings

Profile
