A leading Australian manufacturer, our client supply reinforcing steel products and offer fabrication services along with a full range of concreting accessories and building products to the construction space. Working in a tight-knit group, they pride themselves on their cohesiveness and providing a high level of service.
About the role:
Due to an internal movement, a position has become available for an experienced sales administrator and all-rounder to join the team.
- Generate quotes and sales orders;
- Prepare and distribute invoices;
- Liaise with and support customers needs;
- Coordinate logistics and support the delivery team;
- Support the production team with collating and preparing documents; and
- General administrative support for the site.
About you:
- Previous experience in sales administration / internal sales;
- Industry experience in manufacturing and / or distribution (highly regarded);
- Strong time management and organisation skills;
- A high degree of energy and self-motivation; and
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
