Based in Manly Vale, Forrest Marketing Group partners with some of Australia’s biggest brands supporting their sales and marketing teams with our call centre services. Our Sydney based call centre generates sales opportunities which result in millions of dollars of new business for our clients.
As Account Manager, you will onboard new clients, manage their campaigns, provide them with exceptional service and ensure we achieve a positive return on their investment. Your success will be measured by your client retention rate and
reorders.
About the role:
- Manage an existing portfolio of clients and onboard new clients
- Maintain high retention rates and client loyalty
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve performance
- Identify new and ongoing sales opportunities with your accounts
About you:
- A true account nurturer experienced in sales
- 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management
- Experience hitting & exceeding targets
- Can build rapport easily over the phone and face to face
- Knows how to have fun but get stuff done
- Strong, confident and outgoing
- Great presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
