If you’ve got sales management experience and always wanted to get into the automotive industry, or if you are an assistant automotive sales manager or automotive sales manager wanting a change from a traditional dealership, then this Automotive Sales Manager role is the opportunity for you.
You’ll be working for a boss who will always do the right thing by you, in a business that will provide all the training and support you need to make an impact. You’ll be managing a small but growing team of sales consultants and you’ll be well rewarded for your achievements. If you’re successful, you can count on;
- OTE $100-$120k with scope for more depending on experience

- getting back part of your weekends with a 5-day week roster that only includes 1 day in the weekend

This is not a typical dealership environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with every day being slightly different and having to roll your sleeves up and be quite hands on. On a typical day you’ll be;
- establishing and then maintaining good working relationships with all departments within the business
- building relationships with current and future customers
- finding ways to grow the business
- ensuring customers are satisfied and being responsive to their needs
- helping your team achieve sales targets
- developing your automotive skills with training and some hands-on experience
- mentoring your staff and leading morning briefings

You’ve had some solid sales experience, not necessarily in the automotive industry, and some exposure to leading teams of salespeople. You’re respected for your;

- openness to learning and self-development
