What you’ll be doing  
This is not a typical dealership environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable with every day being slightly different and having to roll your sleeves up and be quite hands on. On a typical day you’ll be;

• establishing and then maintaining good working relationships with all departments within the business
• building relationships with current and future customers
• finding ways to grow the business
• ensuring customers are satisfied and being responsive to their needs
• helping your team achieve sales targets
• developing your automotive skills with training and some hands-on experience
• mentoring your staff and leading morning briefings
