We are a leading property investment advisory company that helps average Australian family achieves financial independence through tax minimization, pay off the mortgage quicker and build passive income through property investment.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take control of the day to day running of the sales side of the business, with a particular focus on recruiting and leading the commission only based sales team.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment, training and development of new sales consultant
- Assists sales consultants with leads generation then pass on these leads to our Investment Strategist for the closed.
- Conducting weekly meetings and training sessions as well as working one-one-one with sales consultant to improve their performance and skill-set.
To take on this role, you must have experience managing sales team that works on Commission Only. You must be a sales leader and a great motivator. Your team will be earning SIX FIGURES income by just referring clients to the business
As for you, you will get Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses to ensure the successful sales manager is earning in excess of $200,000.
