The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience prospecting for your own leads
  • Understand ‘Needs Analysis’ and know how to ask probing questions
  • Have managed sales cycles end to end
  • Love an (achievable) KPI driven environment
  • Be able to work independently whilst contributing to a team
  • Financial acumen is advantageous
  • A hunger for success
In this business development role, your responsibilities include: 
  • Consulting with mid-sized businesses regarding their financial goals
  • Prospecting for leads in industries that you enjoy
  • Owning the sales cycle end-end
  • Conducting a ‘Needs Analysis’ to understand how a prospect’s business operates financially
  • Providing financial solutions to decision-makers such as CFOs
  • Cold and warm calls
  • Phone-based sales (80% phone, 20% field)
  • This is a real hunter role and the commissions will follow
