SMAART Recruitment have proudly partnered with a fantastic utilities connection company based in the heart of Melbourne CBD. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with currency in managing teams and large portfolio’s.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 account managers whose key objectives are to manage the on-boarding of new accounts and maintain an existing portfolio to extract applications. You will be responsible for ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer service to referral partners and to moving customers whilst identify regular opportunity for growth.

The Position:

• Day to day management of team performance and morale
• Oversee account management of entire portfolio
• Assist with new customer on-boarding process
• Side by side training of customer service and sales techniques
• Conducting reports to senior management

The Candidate:

• Must have strong leadership qualities
• Ability to conduct side by side coaching to all team members
• Provide high quality customer service to all accounts
• Have a strong understanding of end to end account management process
• Have a consultative and nurturing sales approach

The Opportunity:
