We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Cadet with a high level of technical aptitude to join our NSW operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and experience with administrative duties.

OBJECTIVES OF OUR ROLE

  • Establish rapport with new and existing customers to achieve your personal sales budget through prospecting, cold calling, following up on referrals/web leads;
  • Follow through all incoming phone sales enquiries including working with the sales team to formulate tenders, quotations and customer requests;
  • Provide professional and timely ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Support the sales team with accurate data entry and ensure sales activity is updated into the CRM database;
  • Research competitor and industry activity and keep informed of new products/services;
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge so as to be able to sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients on customised solutions that best meet their needs.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Exemplary customer service skills, positive, proactive and can-do attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and following through on all aspects of the sales process;
  • Self-confident manner and a customer centric attitude in all communication with new and existing customers;
  • Discipline of data entry into the CRM, with minimal errors and strong proficiency in all Microsoft Packages;
  • At least 12 months’ experience in a sales/retail role with a problem-solving skillset;
  • Strong team player a commitment to both individual goal achievement and team goal achievement;
  • Hold a valid driver’s licence and preferably a white card;
  • To be eligible for this position, you must have a right to work in Australia.
