We have an opportunity for an intelligent and proactive Sales Analyst to join our Sales Management Platform team in Sydney.  This role will be responsible for helping drive CBRE’s Pacific #1 Goal, Organic Growth, through the management and maintenance of occupier and investor market data and intelligence to support broker pursuits.  The role will provide analysis support, proactively manage data and data sources and prepare periodic reports on key company metrics including local market activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates and manages lists of client targets, tracks their progress and assists in developing strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Prepares materials for and participates in market meetings/calls, broker debriefs and supports the in-house sales training process.
  • Partners with Sales and Marketing in generating reports and supporting materials for Sales Management. 
  • Creates and reviews dashboards for business plan tracking, pursuit targets, market gaps, and broker production analyses.  Analyses cause and effects and recommends manager and staff actions. 
  • Acts as the local Salesforce expert, assisting and providing training where required to brokers, support staff, management and others in the full utilization of the tool. 
  • Assist Sales Managers across other Pacific Markets (Brisbane, Melbourne, NZ) around market and business intelligence.
  • Work in tandem with the Sales Management analyst based out of our India office to help drive objectives across the Pacific business.
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualified in Business/Commerce or a related degree.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Analyst role.
  • Strong computer proficiency particularly with Excel.
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to build solid stakeholder relationships.
