About the Job:

Located in one of Sydney's landmark destinations with a stunning Harbour side vista to inspire you and get your creative juices flowing. This exciting opening affords a Sales Executive professional, with a strong key focus on sales generation within the corporate and leisure markets, the opportunity to drive new revenue growth and build strong long lasting client relationships. Providing impeccable customer service across the Venue's range of purpose built and newly renovated facilities and outdoor spaces, you will be a highly energetic and professional individual.

A fundamental key driver to the success of this role will be to continuously work towards increasing sales leads with a high level of quality client interaction, leading by example and demonstrating genuine hospitality to our guests, clients and your colleagues.

About You:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales professional seeking a new challenge, at a key moment with a leading National Caterer, that will appreciate and value your contribution to their respected brand. 

To be considered for this fantastic role, you will have the following:

  • Proven event/hospitality sales and planning experience
  • Have arranged and conducted site inspections with prospective clients
  • Ability to deliver to targets, KPI's and follow reporting requirements 
  • Develop a strong rapport with clientele, staff and management
  • Increase sales revenue and profitability across the events department 
  • Ability to convert sales enquiries, deliver outstanding customer experiences and obtain new business 
  • Strong interpersonal, networking and communications skills
  • Drive all sales and marketing activities in collaboration with management
  • Be a flexible, hands on, energetic and proactive leader
