Our client is a registered training provider, who work with a wide variety of clients across Australia, from multinationals to privately owned companies. They provide a range of products including face to face and online training courses and specialise in the hospitality and retail markets.
Description
After their inception 10 years ago, the business has gone from strength to strength and it is now a transformational time to join the business. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to drive the relationships and revenue from their NSW & ACT based accounts. This position will also include the people leadership of one other CRM.
Profile
We are ideally looking for someone with 3+ years of sales/territory management/relationship management experience from either the training or FMCG sector. Given the client group is the broader hospitality sector any exposure selling into this client group will be beneficial. Key to success will be your demonstrated structured approach to sales and territory planning. This role will have a direct report so ideally you will have mentored and developed someone as part of current role.
