Leda Security Products is a successful national perimeter security company that is the leader in its field. We have been operating for over 20 years and have offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, plus manufacturing facilities in NSW and China.

An opportunity has now presented itself where we are seeking to appoint a results orientated proven Sales Manager with significant sales experience for our Queensland operation based in Morningside, QLD.
Our portfolio covers four divisions
- Architectural and Security Bollards.
- Industrial Gates, Automation & Perimeter Security.
- Bicycle Parking and Enclosures.
- Industrial Bi Fold Doors.

Our sales and installation teams in each state are extremely successful in developing and maintaining relationships with specifiers, builders, local & state government, facilities managers, national companies and the security industry. We have been very successful in building a leading presence in all states across all our product offerings and have seen our growth accelerate recently with the significant focus by governments and communities on protecting Australian assets and citizens in crowded places and at public events.

The person we seek will be a proven operator in successfully running and growing a team with P&L, sales, self motivated, presentable, ambitious, able to lead and motivate, preferably with experience in the building industry, and looking for a stable and rewarding career move. Your primary role will be to manage our small Queensland branch to moves towards growing the
business.

Mandatory attributes for you to be considered are:
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Strong proven sales background
- Proven and consistent track record of successfully managing a P&L and growing revenue
- Management and interpersonal skills required to build and lead a motivated sales and installation team and work with our other states and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to secure sales with both specifiers and end customers
- Considerable experience in B2B
- Demonstrate strong time management
- Be a good net worker
- A technical aptitude is important to understand and render advice on our automated products
and equipment including site measures.
