About the Role
A Part Time opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Representative to join our distribution team to service Bunnings stores in TAS.
This is an autonomous role, 3 days a week, covering 7 Bunnings stores in and around Launceston.
Reporting to the National Retail Distribution Supervisor, you will be required to primarily focus on the achievement of sales objectives whilst building & maintaining strong customer relationships and coordinating retail distribution support activities.
This role is for immediate commencement.
Duties
- Manage and optimise the strategic relationship with Bunnings key retail stakeholders and influencers.
- Drive sales of the product portfolio through reliable and timely customer service
- Identify customer training opportunities and conduct applicable modular training.
- Enhance the current key account distribution channel whilst having an eye for new business opportunities
- Develop, coordinate and conduct Sika brand support activities including promotional events & peak customer trading period support.
Skills & Experience
- Professionalism; be self-motivated, reliable, flexible and achievement orientated
- Superior customer service, communication and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to achieve business objectives working autonomously
- Merchandising experience within related industry preferred
- Proficient time management skills
- A current / valid driver's license
- Ability to travel regularly throughout TAS
Previous experience working within a Bunnings store at any capacity is highly regarded
