About the Role
As a Fundraising Promoter, you're able to build rapport quickly with potential supporters in the retail environment engaging in compelling conversations that inspire Australians to take action against poverty & injustice. You thrive in this fast-paced role, drawing on your energy, charisma, resilience and competitive streak to engage with high volumes of people to meet personal sales targets that truly make a difference. You enjoy learning about yourself and are open to feedback & coaching.
You have a knack for identifying customer's needs, inspiring them to take action in ways that are meaningful to them whether it's the personal connection of sponsoring a child, supporting programs in relation to themes such as water or education or donating to emergency responses. This can be a challenging role where successfully engaging potential supporters will rely on your ability to draw on your resilience as well as your determination & motivation to make a difference in the lives of others.
You must be available to work a minimum of 3 shifts (5.5 or 7.5 hours each) each week in shopping centers in Melbourne Southern suburbs
