An opportunity has become available in NSW to join the Product Specialist Team within EBOS Healthcare.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling an exciting portfolio of healthcare products to hospital facilities throughout NSW, primarily wound closer. As a Product Specialist, you will provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to drive sales and market share along with meeting and exceeding our customers needs.
Represent and champion clinical applications and support needs for new product development, you will focus on clinical uses, education while establishing and improving customer user experience
To be successful in this role you will have a strong sales/account management background in particular wound closer, ability to build strong relationships with customers and an attitude for success. You will be self motivated, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Your confident, approachable style means you will fit in as a key member of the dynamic team at Ebos.
Key Responsibilities:
- To meet and exceed sales budgets while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- To manage time and resources effectively and efficiently to maximize territory potential
- To be customer service focused and solution driven in building mutually beneficial client relationships
- Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to external customers
- Conduct in-service training and support for all sales opportunities
The successful candidate will have:
- Background in wound closer field with strong track record
- Previous wound closer exposure or knowledge would be highly advantageous
- Understanding of the operating theatre environment
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Extensive knowledge of the NSW Healthcare system
