About the role

Tasks and Responsibilities:

-          Generate sales of security and other services provided by Griffon Alpha Group

-          Build and maintain new client base

-          Arrange business meetings with prospective clients (Construction Director, Estimating Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, etc.)

-          Regular site visits

-          Account management (reporting to clients, assisting with new requests)

-          Build and manage strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients

-          Accountable for revenue growth and meeting target expectations

Skills and experience

Skills and experience:

-          Proven experience as a BDM or similar role

-          Excellent communication skills and experience in customer support

-          Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to influence decision makers at all levels

-          Excellent time management and planning skills

-          Ability to work in fast paced environment

-          High levels of personal drive, ambition and motivation are all essential traits, as is an ability to work autonomously with strong business accountability
