The Reward
A fantastic opportunity to join a leading hardware wholesaler and supplier to the building and construction industry. On offer for this role is a base salary of $100,000-$120,000, fully maintained company vehicle, superannuation and a lucrative incentive structure. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are successful in this role.
The Role
To be successful in this role you must be a strong hunter and able to generate new business with your own existing client base of commercial building contacts. You will have to manage existing key accounts (10%) while establishing new business opportunities (90%) through your own network or your ability to create new revenue streams. You will receive full support from an internal team that will be responsible for estimating and tender quotations.
You
You are a dedicated sales professional, keen to build your previous success with an existing client base. You will be already working in building and construction, or an industry closely aligned with my client's target market. You will have sold bespoke hardware fixtures in the past. You will need be a strong hunter, a motivated self starter able to work with a minimum of supervision, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail and work in a team environment.
