As a Territory Manager with our NSW Industrial Sales team you'll be responsible for a number of existing accounts as well as driving new business growth within target customers within the South, Eastern and Inner Sydney regions. You'll spend most of your time out meeting and prospecting for new business, with your office base in Revesby. 

What we expect you to do

  • Manage around 100-150 SME customer relationships, with key metrics to meet for regular customer meetings and growing revenue within that existing customer base
  • Work closely with customers to develop & deliver solutions specific to their needs
  • Have a hands-on approach to managing client relationships and develop a deep understanding of their business needs.
  • Prospect and hunt for new business relationships and customers within your region
  • Develop territory plans and call cycles to ensure optimum customer service

To be successful in this role you'll have

  • Resilience and courage and the ability to deal with the ups and downs of a sales role
  • Experience working in a commission based role
  • A strong sales hunter mentality and be results and KPI driven
  • Endless amounts of enthuasiasm and passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
