What the role looks like at Hero360

We are looking for pro-active go-getters who are happy to jump into their day and get to work. Someone who loves to engage with clients (Adviser) and build solutions to solve their problems. 

The role will see our Accounts Manager liaising with clients to provide a great experience from Hero360 Pty Ltd. The role will involve warm lead sales, solving problems clients and delivering exceptional relationship management and customer service.  

The role requires someone who is energetic, focus and thrives from results. We are looking for someone who has over the phone sales and relationship management experience, preferably in a financial planning industry. 

Reporting to our National Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

  • Maintain and build relationships with clients.
  • Convert warm leads to deals
  • Customer Service calls
  • Problem Solving with the client
  • Manage any queries clients have and provide solutions to these queries in a timely manner.
  • Delivering outstanding and exceptional customer support and guidance to clients.
  • Work closely with the Transition team to meet clients’ needs and expectations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients base.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in our technology and the problems Financial Advisers are seeking to be solved in the practice.

 

 



The successful candidate must have the following skills/experience:

  • Customer Service experience
  • B2B Sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • A love and understanding of technical knowledge with superannuation, retirement planning, debt, insurance, estate planning, taxation and investments.
  • Good technical skills to quickly learn our innovative technology and effectively use Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A strong desire to learn (and keep learning) new tasks, knowledge and skills.
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal
  • Bright, positive and hungry to grow your career
