Beecham Motors is seeking a high performing experienced salesperson who wants to be rewarded for their hard work, industry experience, and excellent customer service.
The role comes with a huge potential remuneration package, with a generous retainer, uncapped commission bonuses, an eleven day fortnight, fully maintained company vehicle, and the potential for $100,000 OTE annually. There's no ceiling limit on income!
We are a family owned and operated Holden, Nissan and Used car dealership, located in Caboolture, just a short drive north of Brisbane. Our dealership has been in operation for over 30 years, values a strong sense of family, and employs around 50 great local people in the Sales, Service, Parts and Finance divisions. Some key staff have been with us for more than 20 years, and we are looking for someone to join our fantastic team. In June 2018 we welcomed Caboolture Nissan alongside our existing Holden franchise.
This role is a great opportunity to sell across Holden, Nissan and Used vehicles and we are looking to grow our sales in the coming year due to the acquisition of a new franchise in Nissan.
Experience in the automotive industry for the role is essential for the role.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person, and we are prepared to reward the position generously. In this case, candidates with experience in other sales fields will not be considered, and previous automotive sales experience is an essential requirement.

Essential Skills for the Role:
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude & attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Computer literacy preferred (DMS, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Current Australian Open Manual Driver's Licence.
- Current Sales Licence or Dealer Licence is essential.
- Professional appearance & punctual.
- Willingness to learn and work with Sales Managers as needed.
- Passion for the Automotive Industry.
