What’s the job involve?

In this role you will report in to the Head of Commercial. You will manage, review and govern the remuneration structure for the sales teams to ensure drives and reward of appropriate behaviours aligned to the Business & Government sales strategy. You will conduct monthly reviews of incentive and remuneration strategies to recommend appropriate changes to reflect best practice and adherence to governance policies and principles.

We’re looking for someone with: 

  • Strong experience within sales, human resources or sales operations.
  • Experience managing and adapting financial targets, budgeting, and remuneration strategies to meet best practice and business needs.
  • Solid experience providing remuneration governance
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes in a multi layered product and services environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Clear and engaging communication style with the ability to present in a dynamic and responsive manner.
  • Experience in navigating complex political and organisational nuances.
