A large manufacturing and service business is seeking an experience and suitable qualified Account Manager for to join their growing business. The business has a national and international presence and has a strong track record of growth, innovation and diversification in order to meet the challenges of modern manufacturing business management.
The role of Regional Account Manager -NT will be responsible for delivering support to the National Sales Manager and the greater business in the following ways:
- Create, develop and drive external sales growth and maintaining key account management call program – premier service and profitable sales growth. ·
- Set sales budgets and targets. ·
- Ensure the overall operation of Northern Territory sales and distribution is developed in line with company sales and profit objectives, through smooth and efficient management of resources. ·
- Maintain a system of procedures for dealing with local issues. ·
- Ensure that all provisions of the company Quality Control System are complied with.
- Provide first level root cause analysis and inspection of returned product and assist in the determination of warranty claims. ·
- Make recommendations to the National Sales Manager on corrective actions and improvements. ·
- Provide a focal point for business development in the local region: ·
- Assist and coordinate trade shows and other display activity.
In order to be successful the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within the following fields
- Familiarity with automotive aftermarket products and networks ·
- Ability to work within a autonomously ·
- Able to set and maintain high standards of quality and diligently apply and accept responsibility for quality control. ·
- Be process driven and meticulous in detail ·
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed within a sales environment ·
