Account Manager - Automotive Aftersales
A leader in the automotive industry, my client is seeking a highly experienced candidate to manage their aftersales parts programs.
The focus of this role is to maximise parts sales through the dealer network. You will be accountable for supporting trade sales and marketing activities and working closely with dealer parts sales representatives.
Key Activities
- Agree Dealer marketing campaigns and processes needed to establish and maintain an effective and efficient Trade Parts sales operation.
- Assist in the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), at individual Dealer and regional levels
- Support dealer development managers in recruiting new Dealers across sales and marketing programmes
- Report on Dealer qualification standards relating to Bonus programmes and approve payments under this scheme
- Measure compliance of programme standards, devise action plans as appropriate
- To feedback to Head Office details of competitive actions, and/or Trade sales opportunities
- Attend Head Office and Dealer meetings as necessary, and present as required; propose content/agenda items/meetings as necessary
To be considered for this role, we are seeking a candidate with a strong aftersales program management and OEM parts expertise.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a strategic approach is critical to this role.
A salary of $140-$150k plus super will be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on experience.
