Hays Talent Solutions (HTS) delivers tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Program (MSP) solutions to a range of businesses across various industries. HTS is looking for an ambitious and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growth and continual improvement of our services to one of our major clients - Toyota Finance Australia.
  
Our HTS Talent Acquisition team are based onsite with our client at St Leonards, we provide a Total Workforce Solution (TWS) consisting of RPO & MSP recruitment solutions. In this exciting role, you will build strong working relationships with all stakeholders and support talent attraction and selection, on-boarding, payroll, systems training, and compliance processes.
  
You will demonstrate strong/effective communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, while also being a fast-learner with a resourceful and proactive attitude. Prior experience in roles with candidate management, system administration and reporting is required, particularly within a Recruitment or Human Resources function. The role will also support candidate attraction/selection activities for the Talent Acquisition team, so previous experience in this area is ideal.
