Established over 25 years ago, Command is a market leader in Property & Real Estate, IT and Professional services. With offices across Australia as well as overseas operations in Singapore and PNG, we have an immediate opportunity available to join our Legal Desk in our Sydney branch.
    
What you will be doing
   
This is a sales driven role where you will be using your personality and tenacity to:
  

• Source talented candidates through Seek, Linked In, our database and through your developing your own network
• Write and post effective job ads to attract skilled candidates  
• Screen resumes and conduct telephone interviews
• Build and develop strong business relationships
• Conduct thorough reference checks
• Source new clients
• Negotiate salaries and terms

  
  
Who you are
  
No experience is necessary as full training is provided, all we are looking for is the following:
  

• A confident personality who isn't scared to get on the phone and get talking!
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Someone who uses their initiative
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Experience in a sales or phone based role, highly regarded
