The Role
Excellent career opportunity has arisen for a proven perm 360 white collar Recruitment Consultant that specialises in any of the following area: white collar technical, Civils, Structural Engineering, Construction, Building Services or Rail.
Join one of the best! Held in high regard this boutique consultancy has offices throughout Australia with nationwide coverage. You will benefit from having established PSA’s and a large candidate database to work with to ensure you hit the ground running.
You'll also inherit Tier 1 PSA clients as well as design consultancies. Your role will be to offer permanent recruitment solutions to your existing and new clients and work closely with hiring managers to ensure they secure the best talent for their businesses.

Responsibilty
- Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying permanent white collar recruitment services
- Ideally experienced in Civil or Structural Engineering, Building Services or Rail would be an advantage, although alternative recruitment experience will be seriously considered.
Essential Skills & Experience
- It is essential that you are self-motivated with the ability to work creatively within teams as well as independently.
- Must possess recruitment agency experience
- Excel at building rapport quickly with clients and candidates
- Good communication skills:- face to face, written and verbal
