My client are specialists in the Accounting, Banking and Finance sector. This agency is a Melbourne based company who have recently expanded into the Sydney market. Their clients base is away from the big corporate banks, instead they have decided to target more interesting sectors such as retail, sports, property and media.

This agency is currently in growth mode; they are only a small team at present but support each other immensely. The opportunity
This agency is looking to hire junior consultants whom they can mentor and train into successful recruitment consultants. This is the right time to join this agency. They have plans to be as big if not bigger than their Melbourne office. This means that as the company grows so will you. There is guaranteed progression with this business.  As a trainee recruitment consultant you will be focusing on roles up to $100K across exiting clients.

To hit the ground running in this role:

• Someone confident about who they are yet humble enough to listen and learn every day

• A sales gun, with ideally B2B sales experience or possibly accounting experience
