General Motors Financial is expanding into Australia with headquarters based in Melbourne. To support the launch of new operations in APAC, we are looking for a highly experienced Training Specialist to become a foundation member of our exciting new operations in Australia.

About the role:
The Training Specialist is primarily responsible for training & uplifting the performance of our Retail Dealer Network throughout Australia. This role with be charged with delivering a significant amount of training, along with consultancy work where applicable.
Reporting to the Senior Training Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions and activities (face-to-face classroom, virtual classroom) as well as providing other performance support within the organization.

- Your ability to work collaboratively and creatively with multiple stakeholders across the business landscape will foster your success
- Your desire to innovate and add value to all GM Financial divisions / services and Dealer Network within training, coaching related opportunities is critical
The following skills and experience are also required...
- Strong knowledge and experience of Automotive Retailer based financing and operations
- Experience in Training Delivery / Facilitation (classroom and webinar) preferred
- An ability to conduct meaningful audience / learner needs analysis
- An understanding and exposure to Adult Learning Principles and Learning Styles
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree. Preferred areas of study: Learning Development & Education
- Proficient with MS Office
- Local and interstate travel will be required
