About the role:
We are setting up a brand new call centre and need a Learning & Development Manager.
In this role you will manage the centre’s Training function in line with company training standards to ensure the client’s and company’s expectations are met.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- experience and an understanding of the Contact Centre environment is desirable
- a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or proven experience in the workplace in this area is essential
- knowledge in developing & maintaining training materials that meet client, company and industry standards
- a demonstrated proven history of achievements and taking accountability for results
- effective facilitation skills incorporating adult learning, to ensure learning objectives are achieved and team members are fully equipped to be successful in roles
- demonstrate effective leadership with a team of trainers
