Our client, a family run boutique engineering and design company, needs the help of an experienced HR Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding of their team.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Director, your goal is to deliver a range of HR services with a focus on recruitment.

• Recruitment coordination, including job ads, interviews, ref checks, medicals and psych testing.
• HR administration and coordination for clients eg employment contracts, HR policies, position descriptions.
• Provide advice and support to managers on HR and recruitment issues.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system/HRIS.
• Help create a great work environment, eg team communication, social events, office presentation

About you

• Bring your HR and recruitment experience and kick goals in this new role. 
• To be successful in this role you will naturally be a qualified HR professional with great people skills.
• Tenacious in approach with a can-do attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience working in a blue-collar work environment is preferred.
