The Organisational Development advisor works within Capability and Performance team. The role reports to the Assistant Director, Capability and Performance.  As part of a newly created role you will design new framework that will shape Operations in Talent, Performance and Succession Planning.

Your new Role

The main responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

  • Leading the development of talent, succession and performance frameworks and systems
  • Working with internal stakeholders to integrate and embed frameworks into broader People, Culture and Training Division activities
  • Working with peers and colleagues to collaboratively develop and implement impactful initiatives that strengthen business practices, and improve culture and performance
  • Monitoring and maintaining frameworks and systems including evaluation and continuous improvement opportunity identification, and the identification of issues and emerging trends.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Learning and Development.
  • Accreditation in Team Management systems
  • Accessibility standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A working knowledge of talent management systems
  • WCAG and accessibility standards
