Reporting to the HR manager, you will come with experience in HR administration and a commitment in ensuring compliance across the HR function. You will exercise excellent communication and organisation skills when assisting in HR projects and other workforce initiatives as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the delivery and support of day to day HR activities and initiatives
- Assess leave applications, issue employee contracts and general recruitment management
- Support key stakeholders within the business to understand the company's HR framework and strategy
Key Requirements:
- Experience in HR administration
- Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
