What's on Offer?
Due to increased growth, we are currently looking for a vibrant, motivated recruitment expert to support our HR Team as the Recruitment Manager. This position will oversee all recruitment activities necessary to maintain the required staffing levels for National Storage to achieve business objectives and participate in other HR projects as required. This role will proactively source and attract talent to the National Storage brand and ensure placement and integration of successful candidates across all locations. This role involves pre-screening applicants, interviewing and liaising with managers to be involved in this process and completing pre-hire reference checks. In addition, the Recruitment Manager will liaise with centre teams to ensure the necessary training and induction for all new hires is carried out in accordance with National Storage standards, policy and procedure.

Your major responsibilities will include:-

  • 360-degree recruitment process management - from sourcing and screening candidates to post hiring and on boarding
  • Building an excellent recruiting pipeline
  • Ability to recruit across a broad spectrum of roles
  • Scheduling of interviews including scheduling interview panels with individuals across different time zones
  • Liaising with hiring managers to manage the recruitment process as well as general HR activities
  • Experience in Outlook and internal applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Overseeing the onboarding/effective integration of new recruits into the business
  • Regularly participate in HR driven projects/initiatives to support the HR Team in achieving broader strategy objectives


The successful candidates will have the following skills and attributes:-

  • 2 to 4 years' experience in a Recruitment focused role
  • Strong administrative and coordination focus and an eye for detail
  • Demonstrated sourcing and candidate management experience
  • Ideally have an interest in HR topics to support as a Generalist when required
  • Team orientated
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
