The organisation
This national service-based organisation enjoys on-going success, stability and growth. They are extremely customer service focussed and achieve great results at a local level. Due to internal movements, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to implement strategic HR initiiatives throughout their client group.
The role
Working within a broader HR team, you will support the HR infrastructure that will allow the management team to deliver robust and effective HR services.
- You will be involved in all facets of HR generalist duties including employee relations, overseeing recruitment of your division alongside the recruitment team, as well as coaching and advising management to support their teams;
- You will work with key stakeholders in the business to deliver on robust HR strategies within a large and complex organisation; and
- You will lead and implement HR projects in line with the broader people strategy.
About you
You will be a pragmatic, engaging and personable HR professional with a wealth of experience owning the end to end employee lifecycle of your own client group. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be degree qualified in HR or other relevant area;
- Have worked at both an operational and strategic level;
- Have a commercial yet personable approach;
- Ideally you would experience mentoring a small team; and
- Professional services industry experience will be highly regarded.
