THE ORGANISATION
This global business is growing rapidly over the coming years in Australia and internationally and have a number of major projects on the horizon. With a hugely dynamic and fast moving environment this organisation continues to develop its reputation and brand presence. 

THE ROLE
This newly created role will support the CEO and business through a global reorganisation design program. You will engage with the executive team on the upcoming changes, prepare the project plans and deliver the communications through the change program. This role is critical in helping the business develop its strategy while it continues to grow in headcount and revenue.

THE CRITERIA
In order to be successful in this role you will either come from an HR Business Partnering background with strong projects and organisation design or be an accomplished change manager looking for your next challenge. You will also be available to start a role at short notice.
