Our client is a highly regarded organisation. Working closely within the HR team in a dynamic environment we require someone who is able to cope with demanding and competing priorities, who can be trusted with confidential information and who can be depended upon to think quickly and professionally under pressure.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for administration to the HR Department. You will be required to work in a fast paced work environment that demands not only excellent problem solving skills but also high level of organisational as well as strong communication skills. You will assist with the execution of responsibilities for Australian and New Zealand recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking and more.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR Administration or HR Officer role, and be highly organised and confident with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment. Your bright, confident personality and mature outlook will ensure your success in the assignment, along with your professional presentation and communication skills.
This is a temporary position, Monday - Friday with full time hours.
