An opportunity now exists for a motivated, success-driven individual to join our team in our Sydney Branch, as a 360 Consultant. The primary objective of this role is to provide business support for new and existing clients. Located next to the Wynyard Station, we are an experienced team focused on a quality delivery of service to our clients.

About you and your experience:
- Demonstrable business development or recruitment experience is preferred
- Ability to adapt to and pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to establish, maintain and enhance positive internal and external relationships
- Excellent safety awareness and adherence to processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and think outside of the square
About the role:
- Provide business support for current clients
- Identify, qualify and win new business
- Source or assist new candidates and assist in their registration process
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews with candidates
- Collect references and qualifications to ensure work suitability
