Headquartered in the outskirts of the CBD, the organisation is creating a number of new people related programs to develop their culture and attract the very best talent. 

THE ROLE
This is critical replacement hire for a maternity cover but with a view to the role becoming permanent. You will support the shared services area including finance, IT, marketing and legal which contains around 150 employees. Reporting into a Head of HR and within a team of 10 in HR, your role will be to work closely with your client group across performance, talent and other HR projects currently being rolled out. This will be a varied, fulfilling and exciting role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.

In order to be considered for this role you will be a strong HR Business Partner looking for your next meaty role. A commercial thinker, you will also be results driven and have high energy to thrive in such a dynamic, growing company.
