Established over 30 years ago, DFP Recruitment is a successful and inclusive recruitment company based in the Melbourne CBD. Due to growth we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer to join our busy team. Initially a temp position there is the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. This is an established account with a strong pipeline of work that would suit a recruiter that likes to work closely with their client stakeholders.
There is also an opportunity for someone who is looking to transition from a purely Resourcing role into the position of Recruitment Consultant. There is no selling or cold calling involved, rather a position where relationship management and customer service are the top priorities. We are a close knit team that work together to get the best outcomes for our clients and candidates.
I would love to hear from you if you have at least 3 years experience in the recruitment industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as an adaptable and can-do approach. This is a high energy environment, where attention to detail is critical. The ability to engage with warmth and professionalism and a desire to deliver great customer service will be key to your success.
