Due to ongoing expansion Chandler Macleod Industrial & Construction team are looking to appoint a Construction Consultant working in a sociable, dynamic and professional environment, you will be responsible for driving growth and maintaining fantastic customer service.
Based in our Canning Vale office and reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
• Achieving performance based goals and targets
• Driving continued growth through existing and new business
• Recruitment of high volume and interviewing candidates for new positions.
• Attending weekly client meetings
• Able to mobilise and on boarding of candidates into client systems
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Recruiter in the Construction Industry and possess the following skills and attributes:
• Energetic, enthusiastic team member
• Proven track record of success in Construction desk
• Talent Pooling for multiple skill sets
• Having flexibility in a changing environment due to clients requests
