The role of the Recruitment Coordinator will be to assist our team in the recruitment of roles across Australia. You’ll be working closely with candidates and our hiring managers to support the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include reviewing applications, scheduling interviews as well as tracking referrals, interviewer load, arranging debriefs and managing our applicant tracking system.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Reviewing applications and shortlisting candidates for the hiring managers

• Supporting the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process by conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews and reserving conference rooms

• Managing our applicant tracking system and ensuring all records are maintained and up to date.

• Creation of position descriptions where required.

• Devising effective interview questions to determine and interviewee’s capabilities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in a recruitment co-ordination role or similar 

• The ideal candidate would possess excellent telephone etiquette

• Strong communication skills as you’ll be working closely with our candidates to give them a great experience and to create a seamless recruitment process for our hiring managers/interviewers

• Remarkable attention to detail with a desire to complete tasks and follow up to make sure everything runs smoothly

• Ability to prioritise across multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management and to take a self starting approach to your day

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills

• Ability to work quickly with tight deadlines
