You will be responsible for end to end recruitment for roles of all levels across our whole business, from building a pipeline of talent for lawyer roles to scheduling group interviews with graduates and kicking off the onboarding process for successful candidates.

  • You have at least 2 years’ in-house or agency experience in a fast paced environment. Prior experience working in graduate recruitment will be highly valued.
  • You genuinely love recruitment and are committed to constantly thinking about ways to improve the candidate experience.
  • You’re excited about the prospect of bringing the best practice recruitment skills you’ve gained over the years into a new and different start up environment.
  • You’re a brilliant communicator and find it easy to build rapport with people from all walks of life.
  • You’re a quick learner, a quick thinker and a quick worker.
