Who's hiring
My client established their highly successful boutique recruitment consultancy 5 years ago. They have had year on year growth, establishing 2 offices in Australia and 1 overseas, with a new office to be opened in LA early 2018.
The role
You will join a team of 6 in their growing Sydney office, with further head count to be added over the next 3-6 months. Full 360 recruitment consultant role supplying Temporary recruitment solutions, specialising across Accountancy & Finance in to Commerce & Industry
- Generate new business
- Maintain relationship with existing clients
- Build and expand market share
- No heavy KPI’s or Micro-Management
Who they want to hire
- Ideally you'll be an experienced Accountancy & Finance recruiter, although other Professional sectors will be seriously considered
- A high desire for sales with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels
- An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
