The Role
- Continuing, Full Time
- Salary $81,961 - $89,646 pa (plus 17% Superannuation)
- Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
You will provide coaching and support to project sponsors, project managers and people leaders to help educate and build capability in the adoption and usage of sound change management practises within projects and change initiatives.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in managing change in a medium to large organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in delivering workshops and facilitating learning
