Recruitment Specialist - Trades Division - Perth

Kelly Services Trades Division in Perth is experiencing significant growth. Led by our experienced Branch Manager, and reporting to the Team leader with a combined 20 years experience our team is looking for our next superstar.
We are seeking a committed, passionate and highly successful professional with some get up and go! You will work in a team of 5, will like a laugh and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Your role will see you speaking to business leaders, human resources and line managers about their recruitment requirements as well as building a solid pool of trade specific candidates.
The successful applicant will be responsible for 360 degree recruitment in both temporary and permanent positions.
Your duties will include:
• Building long term partnerships with clients in your area of speciality
• Developing and maintaining a candidate pool of suitably qualified Trades candidates
• Evaluate, assess, reference check and select candidates for employment in line with Kelly systems, policy, procedures and legislative requirements
• Maintain account management and sales activities including client visits, calls, social media and email marketing material and as well as personal online branding.
• Ensure all communication and activity is conducted in a professional and ethical manner
You will run your desk as your own business with a high level of autonomy. What you put into it, will be reflected in the reward (and bonuses) you get out of it.
The ideal candidate will have:
•2 years + recruitment experience within blue collar/trades
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the confidence to present to clients
•Excellent computer skills include Microsoft Work, Excel and Outlook
•Ability to scope the market to source new opportunities
•Be self-motivated and have a competitive drive to succeed
