This large global organisation are at the forefront of innovation and pride themselves on their commercial presence around the world. Currently experiencing growth and transformation, they are looking to bring the right people into the business to support this.
About the Role
Reporting to the Change Manager, you will be working as part of a large change and training team focusing on a technology transformation. With a new system being implemented next year, a new role has been created where you will be able to work with technical and subject matter experts in order to facilitate a smooth change process. This will include:
- Designing and developing communication plans
- Building relationships across all levels to ensure change is effectively moving forward
- Working through HR processes to create workflows that are congruent with the new system
- Work with others to deliver project deadlines
- Facilitate the change from current state to future state
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a change environment previously and be able to build and develop first class relationships. You will strive to achieve team goals and be able to achieve success through others. You will have a solid understanding of processes in systems and be able to configure processes to work in a new system. Some experience of the banking or finance industry would be well regarded but not mandatory.
