Leverage your expertise to manage Macquarie’s Regional Benefits and lead the Global Mobility Team.
This exciting and challenging position will see you proactively executing and delivering all of the regional benefit responsibilities and initiatives in conjunction with leading the high performing team who manage our end-to-end global mobility function. Your tasks will also include reviewing, designing and implementing all relevant policies as well as providing recommendations on best practice and how it can be applied within Macquarie.
As the escalation contact for our global business groups, you will be a consultative advisor on various matters impacting our cross border employee base, such as tax, immigration, compliance and employee relations.
You will be driven, self-motivated and be able to demonstrate prior effectiveness in a highly-matrixed, international environment. Bringing with you, your knowledge and proven experience managing Benefits programmes along with prior experience in Global mobility.
With exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will maintain strong client and vendor relationships, through consistent and meaningful communication & feedback. Adding to your success, will be your ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines in an effective manner.
